Why Islam rejected valentine?

Why Islam rejected valentine?

The first record of association with the saint's day of love began in the 14th century in England and Prrancis, where it was believed that February 14 is the day when the birds find their spouses. The Romans used to celebrate this event in mid-February each year with a big festival

People celebrate every year why because to express joy and happiness on this occasion, as on their other major festivals.

Love birds in Pakistan also exchange and give each other red roses to spread their love.

In many western countries, parties are held during the day and in the evening, where there is mixing of men and women, and dancing. Many of them send gifts such as roses and boxes of chocolates to their wives, friends and those whom they love.

Society tells you what day you're supposed to celebrate love. Waste of money on bad service at crowded restaurants. Waste of money and paper trees on more greeting cards that will be forgotten. Promotes loneliness and depression for those who think it's important to have someone on Valentines day.
It shouldn’t take too much to work out that Valentine’s Day has nothing to do with Islam, thereby it should also have nothing to do with Muslims. However, many a Muslim will be taking part in this festivity, which is steeped in illicit relationships, promotes such things and devalues the honour of men, women and families.

Verily, whosoever sets up partners (in worship) with ALLAH, then ALLAH has forbidden Paradise to him, and the Fire will be his abode. And for the Zaalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers) there are no helpers” [al-Maa’idah 5:72]
